We’re looking for a new Payroll Manager to lead the team responsible for administrating and implementing our Payroll services for our 5,500 collagues nationally using the Sage payroll system.
Manging a team of highly motivated and enthusiastic payroll officers and administrators, you will bring both your leadership and payroll expertise in order to deliver an effective payroll service to our colleagues.
You'll handle all requests for information from customers, HMRC, financial institutes, auditors and others as maybe required from time to time, as well as completing end of year processes to ensure that we are fully compliant.
As a manager that is used to coaching and mentoring you'll keep the payroll officers abreast of changes in legislation and ensure that the team are fully briefed, trained and supported on implementation.
You'll be a seasoned expert in all administration relating to the running and processing of a demanding and highly effective payroll department, well versed in working to and delivering to deadlines whilst maintaining high standards of accuracy and customer service.
