Duties will include: Welcoming aftersales customers to the dealership, taking service bookings via phone and physical visit, liaising with the workshop operation to ensure work is completed on time, liaising with the sales operation to ensure sold and stock vehicles are prepared within the correct timescale, keeping customers up to date with work in progress, providing quotes and estimates, upselling from VHC checks, invoicing along with general department administration. To be considered you should come from a customer services background, be well spoken with a smart appearance and posses excellent communication skills. This is a tight knit team who support each other and therefore being able to integrate into that team is essential as are competent IT skills and a professional demeanour.
