My client, a busy but expanding pub operation group are seeking a Head Chef to join the team as they take this busy public house operation into a new phase of it's development, nr St Austell.
The role will be working alongside the Sous chef and a dynamic team of 4, they are looking for an experienced Head Chef who has a proven track record in working in high volume, yet quality driven food operations, in particular in busy public houses and bust carvery operations.
The menus are now and will continue to be modern, traditional pub food and classics, using only the best, available local produce..All cooked to order and all produce is fresh.
This is an excting opportunity for a Head Chef candidate who can help lead, train, develop and push forward all aspects of kitchen management within the kitchen.
The successful Head Chef will be able to understand and grasp the profitability potential of the business- there are weekly bonuses paid for the operation hitting Net Profit- £100 per week and for also achieving food sales of over 9k which will be up to £50 per week- so a potential of £150 per week paid taking the vasic upo to a potential up to £31,800.00 per annum
