Support Worker -Adults with Learning Disabilities - St Austell, Cornwall (Full Time and Part Time hours available) Females Only

£16 224 - £18.096 per annum (£7.80 -£8.70 per hour Plus excellent company benefits!

Your support role will help to make a positive impact on adults with learning Disabilities in their own independent living environments. Relevant previous experience is preferred, but not essential, as full training can be given. However, applicants must be able to show a genuine commitment and knowledge regarding supporting vulnerable members of the community.

This particular role offers support to clients within their own home and within the community and everyday living. The role includes day to day support with living skills, outdoor activities and trips out into the community, including attending education or work placements. Personal care is involved and staff work to individual assessment and care plans at all times.

We require an individual with a driving license due to travel whilst on shift. Full time and part time hours available.
