Digital Marketing Executive
Eat Work Art are looking for an experienced, motivated and creative marketing professional to join the team. This is an opportunity for someone to develop and implement strategies to monitor and optimise our digital output and engagement, which spans four diverse streams and multiple channels.
As creative studio space providers, our strategy has the aim of maximising enquiries and occupancy. It requires high-quality creative content generated from both inside and outside the organisation to engage our primary audience in the arts and creative industries. This role is an excellent opportunity for someone with a curatorial eye who's engaged in the creative sector to apply their digital marketing skills to achieve real results.
The successful candidate will:
Devise and implement an effective marketing strategy with a strong focus on digital. The primary objectives will be to drive new enquiries and to ensure the best possible engagement with existing EWA residents, maintaining full occupancy and maximised revenue across sites.
Please note we are taking applications from both part-time and full-time candidates.
Implement systems to track and analyse the performance of EWA's activities across all areas of sales, marketing and advertising, utilising findings to enhance content, design, usability and engagement.
Take full responsibility for EWA's marketing strategy and budgets, seeing that these are appropriately steered to achieve optimum results at all times.
Put in place systems for the accurate collation and evaluation of data relating to market conditions, competitor activity and customer behaviour.
Oversee EWA's presence across a range of platforms, driving the growth of EWA channels with a first-class campaign strategy and a curatorial eye over content and voice.
Focus on increased engagement with relevant audiences across platforms so that this growth leads to an equivalent increase in demand, sales and overall revenue.
Line manage our Marketing Junior, ensuring EWA's team is inspired, motivated and developed in line with company objectives and personal development goals.
Establish and nurture relationships with key contractors ranging from PR, designers, web developers and more. Project manage future marketing initiatives from tender to selecting contractors through to managing the relationship for the best outcome delivered on time.
Work closely with the studios management team across sites to ensure the best possible systems are in place to support and monitor the advertisement and letting of studios.
Plan and manage budgets for annual marketing activities including advertising and PR campaigns and an annual schedule of events.
Extensive, up-to-date knowledge of analytics, SEO, PPC, social media and email marketing.
Previous experience in a similar Digital Marketing role.
