Established in 1999 our Client has grown at a rapid pace and now boasts a small network of offices across the UK. With over 60 members of staff, they are a leading commercial building and cost consultancy to the property and construction industry.

With continued expansion planned, our Client is now looking for a Quantity Surveyor to join their Northampton office, with an option of assisting in their London office during the working week. Reporting to the Director, you will be responsible for managing your own projects and be expected to contribute to business development.

Key Skills

Demonstrate excellent communication skills and the ability to conduct face to face client meetings in order to discuss client projects.

Have traditional Pre & Post Contract Quantity Surveying, with the ability to multi-task and work to tight deadlines, whilst ensuring attention to detail is maintained

Design & Build and 2 stage tendering experience

Be competent in Microsoft Office, Esti-Mate, Adobe Reader and Bluebeam.

To have a flexible and dedicated approach to your work, and work in an organised and methodical manner.

To be considered for this role, you will have a minimum of 2 years post MRICS experience with a sound knowledge of the commercial, education and residential sectors.
