Our client is looking for a Finance Administrator with experience of working within a high-volume locum / Temporary / Contract Recruitment business in the Healthcare sector.
Our client is a Framework approved, clinician led healthcare recruitment agency operating chiefly out of Central London who value hard work, honesty, transparency and integrity and believe good business practice and working relationships are founded on these values.
- You will be operating several in-house and client based timesheet systems, ensuring accuracy in recording of the data and processing the information
- Processing placement and timesheet information
- Responding to ad hoc Locum queries
- Acting as an escalation point for the junior team regarding issues
- Engaging with the sales team to respond to Locum queries
- Working alongside a team of 12 in the accounts department
- You will report to the FD who leads the team as well as two other directors
- £22k - £28k depending on experience
