Accounts Payable Clerk - Gloucester - £18,000 - £21,000

My successful client, a global manufacturing organisation are seeking an experienced and motivated Accounts Payable Clerk to join a hands-on and busy team on a permanent basis. Based in Gloucester within the organisations shared service centre you will report into the AP Team Leader and be responsible for the high transactional processing of supplier invoices.

Your key duties will include processing all supplier invoices and credit notes, obtaining invoice authorisation, sending invoices for approval, reconciling vendor statements along with dealing with supplier account queries via a variety of methods. You will perform manual authorisations, obtain GL codes and cost centres along with general accounts payable administration.

For this busy and hands-on Accounts Payable Position you must have two years' experience in finance ideally in Accounts Payable. Experience working within a shared service environment would be also be advantageous.

This hands-on and busy Accounts Payable position is paying £18,000 - £21,000 per annum offering competitive benefits and an opportunity to develop in an extremely successful and market-leading organisation.
