About the role

If so we are looking to appoint a Development Assistant to join our award winning Development team on a permanent full time basis.

The successful candidate will work closely and collaboratively with colleagues in the team and within our wider, newly merged Housing Association, providing administrative support to members of the New Business and Delivery departments

You will be required to work closely with other departments to ensure that new properties are handed over efficiently and to assist in the management of defects. You will be required to process invoices, monitor complaints and may be required to take calls from our tenants and may be asked attend site meetings.

About the individual

We are looking for self-motivated individuals with good written and verbal communication as well as sound knowledge and experience of computer systems. You should have a strong focus on customer service and experience of planning and organising workloads, the ability to manage your own workload and meet deadlines and targets.
