We are looking for an attentive and enthusiastic Head Chef who has a passion for great quality fresh
food and is up to date with the current food trends.
As a Head Chef you will have:
- Strong experience in high volume catering
- Excellent organizational skills
- Superb customer service skills
- Financial awareness with the ability to manage costs
- A good knowledge and understanding of health, hygiene and legislative requirements
Forget old-school canteen- This is fresh, vibrant, diverse cooking. From salads to sandwich and wraps, from canapés to hot boxes and delicious desserts and not to forget the diverse choices of mains - there is something for everyone. As the new Head Chef, you will lead a driven team providing consistently high quality service. On top of that you'll work in a theatre kitchen, so finally your work will be rewarded with some happy faces and you're not looked up in a teeny tiny kitchen.
What's in for you?
As Head Chef, you will earn an annual salary of £34,500- £36,500 depending on your experience. The contract will be based on 35 hours per week and overtime will be given in lieu. You will have uniform provided and meals on duty. Furthermore, there is a fantastic holiday scheme in place. So, all in all they wrap up a nice package for you in return to your hard work!
