Our client based in Northampton is Looking for 2 Chefs who have an energetic and passionate belief to join their team who has bags of stamina and enjoys the past pace of a working kitchen. In which they are now looking for a Chef De Partie and a Commis Chef to join their passionate culinary team.

Chef De Partie

You will also have to be able to stay calm and work as part of a team during the busy service, with this role been head of YOUR section, you need to be confident enough to manage the commis chefs working alongside you and passing on your clear instructions.


  • Prepare Menus alongside colleagues
  • Prepare frequently used ingredients
  • Follow the guidance of Head or Sous Chef
  • Follow Strict Health & Hygiene Standards
  • Monitoring Portion and waste control to maintain profit margins


  • Proven Experience in a Similar Role
  • Ability to Multitask
  • Excellent use of various cooking methods/ingredients/equipment/processes

Commis Chef

Your role will be to assist the Senior Chef on duty with storage, preparation, and cooking of all food items for The Aviator Hotel, whilst adhering to all Health & Food Safety areas of "Due Diligence". To also demonstrate and help maintain high levels of service that consistently exceeds the expectations of their members.


  • To Assist and monitor food Stocks and Stock Movement
  • To understand daily departmental costs and how the influence profit and loss results
  • Ensuring Minimum Kitchen wastage
  • To follow the cleaning schedules for the kitchen
  • To ensure stock is controlled and rotated, within Accepting store deliveries
  • To be flexible and willing to help other departments at busy times if required


  • At least 1 years’ experience
  • Proven Experience in a Similar Role
  • Ability to Multitask
