£20,000 - £22,000

An immediate opportunity has arisen for an experienced Credit Controller to join a friendly and welcoming company based in Milton Keynes.

Key responsibilities of the Credit Controller job will include:
-Ensure all debts are paid in a timely manner and collect overdue debts
-Meet cash and debtor day targets
-chasing overdue invoices by telephone, email and letter within agreed time scales
-Maintain accurate records of all chasing activity
-Reduce collection days
-Establish reasons for non payment
-Manage queries and escalate as required

The ideal Credit Controller will possess the following attributes/skills:
-1 years + Credit Control experience
-Able to work in a high paced environment
-Have good understanding of Excel, Word and Outlook
-Experience of NHS accounts systems is desirable
-Familiar with credit control procedures, client ledger, disbursements and office accounts
-Ability to manage and prioritise an extensive work load
-Experience of dealing with clients at all levels
-Team player, good communication, confident and high standard of numeracy
