Page Personnel are currently recruiting a permanent Billing Clerk on behalf of a market leading Professional Services business based in Leeds.
This well established Professional Services business is growing at a rapid speed. They have offices throughout the UK and a Global client base. A fantastic opportunity has come available for a Billing Clerk to join their successful Billing and Contracts team based in Leeds.
The successful Billing Clerk will report directly into the Billing and Collections Team Leader and will work in a fast paced Billing department.
They will be responsible for, but not limited to; process and manage all billing runs, ensure billing is compliant with internal compliance guidelines, create credits and re-bill to ensure accurate billing daily, review billing reports, distribute invoices and credit notes, analyse billing trends and other ad hoc duties when required.
The successful Billing Clerk will have:
- A background in Billing / Accounts
- Excellent communication skills both verbally and written
- Advanced excel skills (V Look Ups, Data manipulation on text/logic formulas, Pivot tables, IF-statement, Nested formulas)
- Excellent customer service skills
- Good attention to detail
Salary up to £21,000 + free on site parking + flexible working hours + excellent company benefits
