An opportunity has arisen for a Credit Control Supervisor to join our busy Finance team.

Salary £25,000 to £30,000 plus benefits 37.5 hours per week


You will lead the Credit Control function within the Finance team to ensure that all associated activities are undertaken accurately and on a timely basis. Your main responsibility will be to ensure that the Credit Control function chases outstanding debt via telephone and email and to deal with all account queries. Reporting to the Finance Manager, you will also provide timely weekly reports on the status of the bad debts and the action taken to address these.

We are looking for a candidate with a minimum of two years` credit control experience gained in a high-volume collections department, who can demonstrate great attention to detail. To be successful in your application, you will have previous supervisory experience, ideally gained in a busy, fast-paced environment. You must also have initiative and be willing to identify areas where processes might be improved in order to help to drive the business forward, as well as taking ownership of credit control policies.
