Company

Our client offers a range of investments across the globe that give their investment network of more than 1,000 people access to deals that are unavailable to the wider market and each one is fully vetted by the experienced (and charismatic!) company owners. They have built their own successful portfolio spanning many investment classes and their success is largely based on their own buying experiences and their connections to business leaders and financial experts across the world. They are going through a period of significant growth (50% in the last year alone) and expect this growth to continue with your help. Based in south-west London, the small and professional team would suit you well if you’re looking for a role integrity that also offers great earnings (uncapped) and the opportunity to build an amazing career.

Role

Your role will be part sales team leader and part sales superstar. On the one hand, you’ll be looking after the small but growing sales team. You’ll mentor, energise and get the team focussed to deliver results.

On the other hand, you’ll be speaking to investors across the world about the opportunities available in the company’s portfolio. By the time you speak to them, they will have already read about what you offer and be aware of some of the investments available. They may even have attended one of the many events you host. It’s your job to gain a full understanding of what they’re looking for in their next investment, taking time not just to 'sell’ the idea they ask about but to uncover their background, their funds, their attitude to risk and the returns they seek. You should then be able to use that insight to introduce the best options to match their needs.

Your day-to-day work is office-based in London and you’ll be speaking to people over the phone rather than face-to-face (though you’ll meet clients from time to time at events). All calls are to warm leads, from the company’s excellent marketing machine, so no cold calling required.

This is an excellent opportunity for if you want to combine high personal sales production with light-touch management and coaching of experienced colleagues

Person

In the world of investments, this company is a bit different. Its market sector demands professionalism, integrity and detailed research - all of which they do very well - but they also manage to inject a sense of fun and independent thinking into their culture and service. If you lack a sense of humour, this probably won’t be the place for you!

You must have a proven track record of selling investment property or other investment products (at least 3 years). Organisation and motivation are your middle names. You’ll also be naturally intuitive and possess sensitivity to adapt your language and style to your team and to HNW individuals.

Lastly, only truly motivated people should apply and by that we mean those sufficiently motivated to work their backsides off to earn the money available in this role.

Package

On offer is a salary of £40,000-£50,000 pa, depending on experience. Commission should take your total annual earnings to £100,000, rising even further in year 2. To apply or find out more, please contact us and quote job ref ST2409.
