An Established Courier and Freight company in Kings Langley is seeking dynamic sales professional with proven experience in London territory.
The role requires prospecting, customer profiling and selling the company's full range of services to companies of all sizes, primarily through field visits and outbound calls.
You will be responsible for developing new business opportunities whilst maintaining the existing account portfolio within your region (London from W1 and WC1 to LHR corridor). 

Salary rates: New entrant: £24,000 / Experienced: £28,000-£30,000 per annum + Commission on achieving New Business targets + Company vehicle.

• Attract new clients and grow business with our existing client base. Commission is based on New Business Generation on a monthly basis.
• Prospecting companies of all sizes (from an existing list and self-generated) by phone and visiting (cold calling) to find new clients.
• Prepare presentations (SMA has all templates) and manage customer expectations
• Implement KPIs and proper pipelines as per company’s internal systems.
• Maintain a good mix of opportunities in the sales pipeline and ensure that it is kept up to date and replenished with new opportunities weekly, monthly and quarterly.
• Joint sales visits with senior management where necessary.
• Provide reports as requested from time to time
• Role will be office and field based, 3 days minimum per week on the road and conversion ratio weekly.

Must be able to work alone with excellent telephone skills to handle high quality call rate.
• Minimum 3-5 years’ experience of working in a similar Sales or sales support role (New Entrant) or 7 years solid experience with proven track records and excellent references.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office.
• Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills, as well as excellent data processing and time management skills.
• Must be creative, motivated, disciplined, hardworking and be able to work with minimal supervision.
• Must be able to plan and manage own diary and working day for optimum efficiency.
