A Legal Secretary is required to join a Multi Service Law Firm based in Birmingham. The Legal Secretary role will be to provide Secretarial and Administrative support to the Real Estate team.

Being Legal Secretary & PA to the Real Estate/Commercial Property department will be a challenging and rewarding role. You will be an important member of the support function. Typical duties include; typing documents/bills/reports/file notes, opening/closing/updating files, billing, expenses, form completion, diary management, meeting/travel arrangements, document production and general legal secretarial work.

I am looking for a highly organised and ambitious Legal Secretary or PA that can support at senior level. Up to date knowledge of Microsoft Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel and Digital Dictation is essential. You should naturally be approachable and flexible. Experience within Real Estate, Commercial Property, Construction, or Document Production would be a strong advantage.
