Training and Support Manager - Digital Inisghts
This fast growing and ambitious digital agency is a leader in its field and has experienced a high level of growth at an international level. They are now seeking a Digital Services Manager to join a growing team who provide clients with digital technology which enables them to set up their own surveys and conduct their own analytics.
The main focus of your role will be to provide clients with training, consultancy and support as they use these products and occasionally stepping in to manage resource and additional suppliers where required, but ultimately, you will also be involved in the setting up and management of communities, so there is lots of opportunity to develop in this role.
They are looking for a client facing and consultative individual with experience in online research and ideally some background in consultancy and/or training. You will need to be comfortable in presenting to audiences and must be data literate, with some experience of conducting analyses, ideally.
