Maintenance/ Facilities Coordinator

Your new company
Hays is currently working with a Company in the Private Sector and who are currently recruiting a Facilities Coordinator to be based on site for a permanent and full l time role.

Your new role
As a Maintenance/ Facilities coordinator you will look after one large site and no travel is required.
The job responsibilities include liaising with contractors and staff to ensure that all maintenance work across the site, is reported, logged and actioned accordingly and within a reasonable time-frame.
Making sure that the site is fully functional and any issues with member of staff are solved.

What you'll need to succeed
Experience in Maintenance and Facilities- ideally plumbing or electrical background will be a bonus.
