Our client is a motor finance business, who are very well backed, and rapidly expanding. As part of this growth, they are now looking to appoint an Account Manager join their Dealer Services Sales team in Oxford.
Your main duties will involve:
- Establish an excellent working relationship with the field based sales team as well as existing Dealers across the UK
- Demonstrate an in-depth knowledge of product offering and lending policy
- Take ownership of inbound calls and always seek to find solutions to dealer queries
- To proactively chase outstanding documentation and applications, effectively communicating information relating to products that are available
- Develop a complete understanding of the application process and provide training to dealer staff Contribute towards functional strategy development, planning and implementation process
- Ability to work in a targeted and KPI driven environment.
- Experience of B2B Sales
- Excellent communication and relationship management skills are essential
- Experience of working within Financial Services environment is desirable, ideally with exposure to liaising with dealerships or intermediaries
