Transaction Business Manager
Our client an Iconic Car Manufacturer are looking for a Transaction Manager to join the Sales Team at the London Dealership to support the Customer Relationship Manager to manage the transaction process as part of the future plans to grow the volume with forthcoming new products and services.
Role responsibilities are as follows - Acting in the capacity as deputy to the Customer Relationship Manager (CRM) in London, Controlling the customer transaction process with the Customer Relationship Executive (CRE).
Preparation of all quotations to include part exchange valuations, finance product quotations or new or used vehicle customer offer.
To actively meet with all customers on showroom visits as part of the sales process. To actively promote products and services to the customer via the CRE team as designated from time to time by the company.
To hold 1-2-1 daily meetings with the CREs’ to determine the strategy and way forward for each customer transaction. To be compliant and responsible for all transactional process and its adherence within the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) process.
To maintain all internal administration process covered by the transactions. Ability to supervise and motivate team members and oneself to constantly over achieve sales volume, profit and Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) objectives.
To actively manage the Personal Contract Purchase (PCP) renewals process to maximise repeat business opportunities. Working closely with Dealership personnel, Finance and customers. The Person - Proven track record in a large vehicle Dealership or Retail business in either a Business Manager, Transaction Manager or Sales Controller role.
A good grounding in a professional retail sales environment. Experience in controlling and motivating a sales team. Experience in maintaining a database and CRM activity as a Manager. Excellent working knowledge of finance house products and systems.
To hold, or obtain swiftly all relevant FCA compliance qualifications required to operate the role. To be dealer management systems literate and have a working knowledge of office software products
