Based in Basingstoke, Hampshire this organisation deals with global clients and are they are looking to invest in their client services department.

This role is dealing specifically with clients from the Healthcare & Pharmaceutical industries and it is essential to have experience within one of these industries. 

Working as a Client Support Partner you will be responsible for looking after clients on a day to day basis and helping them to get the most out of the companies products. 

- Become the ‘voice’ of the user within our business

- Become the point of contact between the client and the organisation, establishing yourself as a professional and approachable individual who is solutions-driven. Someone who takes ownership and sees things through to a satisfactory completion.

- Develop an in-depth knowledge of our Healthcare products and an understanding of what’s happening in the industry so that you can easily engage with the client

- Develop an understanding of what the client would like to achieve through our products and identify how we can help them do so

In order to be successful in your application you will need the following skills / attributes:

- Proven experience in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry; either in a B2B client services, client support or account management role

- The ability to build & maintain good relationships with clients

- Excellent communication skills – written, verbal & listening

- Solid knowledge of Microsoft Office
