The Company: Excellent opportunity to join this well-established, major player in a competitive market. They offer sound technical knowledge backed up by a friendly and localised service. In addition to this division they have a wider service offering within clinical waste disposal services and they are currently seeking to recruit a new business-focussed, hungry and personable sales professional to grow their sharps container business within the North of England (including some time spent in Scotland).
The Role: The successful Business Development Manager will be selling reusable sharps container bins into primary and secondary care environments within the NHS with a heavy new business focus. Your time will be spent within infection control, sterile services, facilities and procurement departments and typically you will be talking to waste managers, Infection control heads and compliance officers. Full product training and support will be provided and career and earning prospects for high achievers are exciting and realistic within the division and company. Candidates must have field sales experience and have sold a product or service to the NHS with a new business focus, and preference will be given to those with infection control experience.
