Belinda Holmes are recruiting on behalf OLBC, a privately owned design and construction company providing luxury bespoke homes and basements in the London area.

The Role:

We are looking for a Construction Coordinator / Project Administrator to join the team in London. Working with the Project Managers, Construction Director and associated teams, you will help manage the pipeline of projects and contracts, liaise with contractors and provide day to day problem solving and administration.

Day to Day:

  • Client management - drafting contracts, liaising, invoicing, organising client site meetings etc
  • Construction management - manage the pipeline of projects both existing and future, working with pre and post construction teams
  • Ensuring sites are properly staffed
  • Production of weekly database reports / performance reports
  • General administration tasks including management of admin assistants
  • Taking a proactive approach to all aspects of the role

Our Requirements:

  • Previous experience in the Construction sector is a must - ideally in the housing or similar areas
  • Experience working with contracts, invoicing etc
  • Customer Management experience
  • Organised, pro-active attitude and approach to the work place
