An excellent, temporary opportunity has presented in Ellesmere Port for an immediately available Transactional Clerk/ Accounts Assistant.
Based in Ellesmere Port, this role will be to support the finance function and help decrease the backlog of invoices.
The transactional clerk will be responsible for:
- Processing Purchase Ledger- matching, batching and coding of invoices
- Support the Sales ledger function- raising invoices
- Data input- heavy use of Excel
- Statement reconciliations
- Administration duties
- Ad hoc duties
Applicants must be immediately available to work and have previously worked within a finance team, processing both ledgers.
It is essential the successful candidate can use Excel to an intermediate level- using and understanding V Look ups, Pivot Tables, formula.
