Business Development Executive


£19,000 Plus Bonus OTE £25,000

Job Description -

Our client is seeking an experienced self-motivated Business Development Executive to join their expanding team based in Christchurch.

All system and product training is provided, NO cold calling; all leads are hot leads directly from their website. The role will involve calling potential customers who have enquired via the website with the view to convert them into sales.

Business Development Executive’s Key Responsibilities -

  • Ensure all daily leads- warm and hot are dealt with within a timely manor
  • Being the first point of contact for the customer, excellent customer service skills are a must
  • Outbound calling to all web leads and enquires that come in are dealt with each day
  • Input customer data, discuss artwork requirements, produce quotations while following company guidelines and agreement procedures
  • To ensure quotes, brochures and sample request are followed up
  • To ensure all emails are managed
  • Assist colleagues by taking message and transferring calls to the relevant person/department
  • To assist the sales manager with task as required
  • Weekly and monthly sales and performance target to be achieved

Business Development Executive’s Key Skills -

  • Strong sales back round
  • B2B experience preferred but not essential
  • Driven, self-motivated
  • Able to work well as part of a team as well as using their own annotative
