THE ROLE

If you are a Programmatic Director or Head of Programmatic with an interest in the innovations and future of the industry, this may be the role for you. This position is working with one of the largest and most well respected advertising agency groups in Europe where the focus is always on the client and their return on investment. This position calls for a thought leader; someone that can utilise their expertise in Programmatic to guide decisions on technology, data and the execution of campaigns to the highest standard. Experience in a leadership role i.e. Head of Programmatic, Programmatic Manager or similar is crucial for this role as you will be managing a team of Programmatic Campaign Managers.

THE CANDIDATE

  • Develop global programmatic operational and planning processes
  • Drive programmatic adoption and sophistication of markets in line with the global strategy
  • Support markets in execution of operational processes and executing on global strategy and local annual plans
  • Structure and effectively manage test & learn program across 30 + markets
  • Structure global data and inventory deals on behalf of client working closely with global strategy director
  • Lead project management of programmatic integration and innovation projects Work with wider programmatic and market steering teams to ensure adoption of global ways of working and best practices
  • Keeping abreast of status and reporting of markets in order to inform global client
  • Work with key vendors to ensure clear ways of working between parties for local markets
