Our client is seeking a bright Technical Support Engineer to provide effective and efficient support to their team of engineers, customers and clients. This is a fantastic and exciting opportunity for a forward thinking individual to join a well-structured company that is setting the standards within the industry.

Key Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Dealing with customer issues reported and see problems through to resolution
  • Research, diagnose, troubleshoot and identify solutions to resolve customer issues
  • Follow standard procedures for proper escalation of unresolved issues to the appropriate internal teams
  • Provide prompt and accurate feedback to customers and clients
  • Prepare accurate and timely reports and quotations

Skill & Experience Required:

  • Educated to A Level Standard minimum (or equivalent)
  • Proven working experience within a commercial environment supporting technical engineers
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Excellent client-facing skills
  • Excellent IT skills, including the use of Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Hours: Monday - Friday 8pm-5am
