Wholesale Sales Executive UK- Luxury Fashion Brand- £32-35K

My client is a British heritage Menswear brand, based in the heart of London. They are on the look out for an experienced Wholesale Sales Executive who can reach out and develop new business opportunities with leading luxury department stores and boutiques.

Main purpose of the role:

Build and develop UK & rep of Ireland wholesale business with specific emphasis on securing business with key London stores e.g Selfridges, Harrods & Harvey Nichols as well as their satellite stores in the UK & Ireland.
Identify & establish business with other prestigious retailers throughout UK & Ireland

Responsibilities:

Approach key department stores with a view to establishing corner for the brand on a wholesale or concession basis at leading luxury London department stores

Build other wholesale opportunities including UK based travel retail

Work with the brands' licensees or direct as applicable

Organise the brands' showrooms for presentations

Be available to present collections to other international customers visiting the flagship

develop quality sales through 3rd party wholesale accounts for menswear , womenswear & accessories

manage seasonal sell -in through showroom. Ensure showrooms are presentable at all times.

demonstrate passion about the brands' products & life style, proven ability to excite & inspire retailers about merchandise

Develop business gifts sector

manage & organise sales presentations

The Wholesale Sales Manager will have:

*live contacts to key department stores Selfridges, Harrods & Harvey Nichols
*sound understanding of luxury clothing & accessory market segment
*experience gained in similar role with luxury company
*UK travel
*excellent communication skills, outstanding oral and written
*in depth understanding of fashion business and luxury quality
*demonstrate proven success to reach and exceed sales targets in UK market
