Job Title: Senior Support Worker - Criminal Justice

Location: Yeovil, BA20

Salary: £18,500 per annum, pro-rata

Working Hours: 24 hours per week

Job Type: Permanent

Our client is a growing voluntary organisation providing services to people facing acute challenges in their lives. They are excited to recruit for a Senior Support Worker working with offenders within our Criminal Justice Supported Housing services mainly based in Yeovil.

You will have the skills to deliver planned support and housing management services to clients with a recent history of offending and a range of often complex needs, as well as the contributing to the development and delivery of the Supported Housing Integrated Offender Management Supported Housing contract across Avon and Somerset.

You will work in close partnership with the team and with relevant external agencies and be committed to service user involvement and the development of high quality services. You must be willing and able to take part in rostered systems working as and when required, which includes 1 week in 4 of on-call responsibilities. Due to the dispersed nature of the service you must have access to your own car/motorbike which you are able to use for work.
