Residential Conveyancing Fee Earner (CILEX/ Conveyancer/Fee Earner) - Market Harborough

An excellent opportunity has presented itself for an experienced conveyancing to join a leading law firm at their Marker Harborough office, the role comes with a great salary and benefit package.

A Residential Conveyancing Fee Earner is wanted to manage a full and varied caseload to conclusion. Applications are invited from Conveyancing Fee Earners with a minimum of 2 years' experience who are able to run their own caseload with minimal supervision. Great opportunity with highly regarded law firm - salary is competitive and dependant on experience.

A highly-regarded firm of Solicitors my client delivers a quality legal service to a local and regional private client and business.

Day to day duties will include sales contract issue, contract and title approval, issue and checking off searches and mortgage conditions sign off. Conveyancing Fee Earners should possess a minimum of 2 years' experience running a similar type caseload however as my client is offering a very generous salary application are invited from candidates with senior level experience.

We are keen to speak to Conveyancers who are Licensed Conveyancers, CILEX qualified lawyers or time served non-qualified fee earners. Technical skills will be complemented by strong levels of client servicing.
