Trained to NVQ Level 3 Standard (Ideally) ~ or equal & coming from a similar high quality Senior Supervisory position ~ eg Sous Chef / Junior Sous

  • Qualified ~ Inc Food Hygiene (Recent)

  • 4* experienced (min)
  • Able to manage a busy kitchen in the Head Chef’s Absence
  • Excellent Team Trainer
  • Multi Outlet Trained
  • Prepared to go the extra mile to exceed guest & team expectations

Role Description:

Supporting / Assisting / Deputising for the Head Chef within all areas of Daily Kitchen Management inc

  • Quality Food Production ~ Multi Area
  • Recruitment - Induction - Training -Appraisals
  • Staff training & Development
  • Staff Rotas & Wage Controls
  • Ordering - Stock Controls - Stocktakes
  • Forecasting & Achieving Budgetary Controls / GP
  • Maintain, review and install efficient working systems / procedures and keep departmental records "up to date"
  • Health, Safety & Hygiene - COSHH - HACCP Risk Assessments
  • Meeting & exceeding guest expectations at all opportunities
  • Menu Compilation & Development
