Full time - Freelance Contract 8 weeks (Part time considered)
£20,000 to £22,000 per year (full time equivalent)
CMD recruitment are delighted to be working with this National Training Provider in their recruitment of a Trainer/Assessor - Business Administration and Customer Service on an 8 week contract.
Caseloads are on average 35 - 40 learners but can vary dependant on sector, with the foremost focus being on learners, their progress and their timely achievement. Trainer Assessors are expected to source a proportion of their own learners to shape a localised caseload, whilst also being supported by a motivated, energetic and engaging sales team.
This client uses e-portfolio so you can manage the learner journey remotely, which creates a robust tracking system and you will be provided with all the tools for you to do this successfully.
You will work remotely but you won't be on your own as you will form part of a regional learner achievement team (LAT). They have a passion for education and are dedicated to helping others develop their skills and fulfil their potential.
The teams meet on a monthly basis to share best practice, link with other inspiring team members and are structured to support you and provide you with the best opportunity to succeed.
Knowledge skills & experience
We are looking for caring people who are passionate about supporting learners through their development journey, our essential requirements are:
- Assessment Qualification (TAQA/A1/D32/33)
- NVQ Level 4 in Business Administration
- Ability to demonstrate sector experience
- Functional Skills Level 1 (Mathematics, English & ICT) or equivalent
- Previous experience of working remotely
- IT competent with working knowledge of Microsoft Office including spreadsheets
