Our Client urgently requires a technical individual who has the ability to manage and improve the quality of work produced by the Financial Planning team.

The Paraplanner will allow the business to produce a higher volume of work at a high-quality standard and processes - ultimately the role will lead to higher fees being produced by the team as a whole.

A key team member and supervisor who develops and shares strong technical knowledge/skills that become indispensable to the Financial Planning team and who can demonstrate leadership qualities.

You will work enthusiastically with the Financial Planners to help them achieve a high quality and timely service in the delivery of suitability reports with an attention to detail and accuracy.

You will have strong project management skills and be able to keep track of a large number of financial planning projects.

You will be able to prioritise and delegate work effectively on behalf of all of the Financial Planners and produce a consistent high quality standard of work for all team members.

You will challenge the Financial Planners’ skills / knowledge creating a 'culture of knowledge and progression
