Quality Assurance Support - Investment company
Join my Client on their exciting journey as they expand and grow in this unique opportunity within their newly formed quality team. This is a front line function and as quality support you will be a self starter with a passion for getting it right, you will manage stakeholder relationships and have the confidence to make your point in department meetings.
The role will see you undertaking call monitoring sessions and providing constructive feedback, you will assist with MI and reporting and help implement the T&C scheme within the department, as well as a host of other tasks.
Ideally you will come from an Investment background and will want to utilise your technical knowledge in a different capacity. You will have excellent communication skills with an organised approach but most of all you will have a positive energy and a genuine passion for working towards a common goal.
