New Car Sales Manager (Automotive)
We are looking for a dynamic and ambitious sales manager, to join this busy prestige dealership in Macclesfield.
You will be part of the dealership's senior management team and you will have direct responsibility for the new car sales performance.
Overall they employ 12 sales staff with two sales departmental managers. You are supported by multiple admin staff and business/transaction managers.
This year the dealership is budgeted to retail 700 new retail cars and an additional 200 local business / corporate deals. You will also manager the LBDM on site.
You must be strong on IT, presentations, spreadsheets, report writing, staff engagement etc... as you will be reporting to group management staff who in turn answer to a board of shareholders and require a constant flow of information.
This role is not for someone to shoulder charge a sales team and squeeze a few more cars out the doors. You will be responsible for forecasting, strategic decision making, ordering cars for stock and managing the relationship with a very forward thinking manufacturer.
