Employer Partnership Consultant
We are looking for a Employer Engagement Consultant to work for a large training provider, to identify and engage with employers to promote apprenticeships and other training courses, incorporating both Government and privately/commercially funded courses, including the promotion of 24+ loans where appropriate. You will generate quality new start volumes on to appropriate apprenticeship programmes in line with regional capacity whilst ensuring all eligibility criteria is met.
Location: Bristol / Western Super Mare
This is a remote based role working from home.
Candidates must have the following skills, experience and qualifications as a minimum to be considered:
Experience in a tele-sales or recruitment environment
Strong track record of working to and achieving sales targets
Sound commercial knowledge
Excellent communication skills
Planning and organisational skills
Strong time management skills
An appreciation and understanding of work based learning including apprenticeships
Experience of working as part of a team
Good understanding of recruitment
Experience of working with school leavers
Willingness to travel as required
