Business Development Co-ordinator

Salary: £31,846 pro rata

Hours: 18.5 hours per week

Location: Home-based

Contract: Fixed-term to 31st March 2018

We are an innovative voluntary adoption agency that has supported our communities for 130 years. Recently rated as "Outstanding" by our adopters, we offer emotional support to children and young people affected by bereavement and domestic abuse, and provide safeguarding services.

We are excited to be recruiting into this pivotal post, working alongside our CEO, to secure new avenues of funding. We are looking for a proactive Business Development Co-ordinator able to seek out and develop new fundraising and funding opportunities.

The role includes:

  • researching and preparing successful funding bids;
  • preparing a three-year strategy for income generation;
  • building strong relationships with external stakeholders, including commissioners and local authorities;

If you have proven experience in business development, including the design, development, delivery and evaluation of new fundraising strategies, along with the preparation of successful bids, we would like to hear from you.
