This is a fantastic opportunity to join a 15-strong marketing team working for one of the world's most successful recruitment firms.

Randstad is a multinational company specialising in temporary and permanent recruitment, across a wide range of sectors at all levels. With the business growing, we now have a fantastic opportunity for a marketing professional to join the Randstad UK marketing team (who have just been shortlisted twice for Best Marketing Campaign by the Global Recruiter Awards!) supporting our Business and Client Solutions teams.

Reporting into the Marketing Manager, you will be working together to create and implement client and candidate marketing campaigns, giving you the opportunity to get involved with all aspects of the marketing mix to help drive brand awareness, improve our candidate care and help grow revenue. This role offers the chance to drive real change across the teams and implement new ideas, as well as the opportunity to work with a team who are continuously striving to grow together. Whether through lunch and learns on SEO and content writing or social media, you will be joining a team who genuinely encourage each other to develop their own skillset.

This role will include:

Digital - website and search engine marketing

Email - targeted campaign management

Social media - audience engagement and growth

Advertising - online, job boards and traditional

Content - creation and curation

PR - media targeting and profile building

Events - both internal and external

CSR/Sustainability - promoting our programme of CSR support with our community partners

To be successful in your application, you will need to demonstrate good stakeholder, supplier and time management within previous marketing roles. Building relationships with both local and central teams is key, as is delivering results from all marketing activities.

You will have a background in marketing, ideally in recruitment (although not essential), working on campaigns from start to finish, including print, digital and social media campaigns. You will hold a marketing qualification, or evidence of working towards one, is desirable. Occasional travel across our network will be required.
