My client are one of the largest private House Builders who have a requirement for an experienced Sales Advisor to work on a new development near Blackburn.

Sales Advisor Role
You will be responsible for representing and promoting the company, selling new build properties and delivering an outstanding customer experience. Duties to include:
" Meet, greet and qualify prospective customers with a view to gaining commitment and closing a sale at the earliest opportunity
" Carry out regular inspections to show homes, stock plots, landscaping and signage to ensure optimum presentation at all times
" Demonstrate show homes and plots, using features and benefits to sell the home
" Maximise sales revenue for the development and profitability by achieving agreed sales targets and using incentives within the agreed SMA level
" Liaise with the Site Management team to ensure smooth running of the development and to check each property post NHBC inspection to assess its suitability for serving notice
" Respond to all leads and enquiries and dispatch information as required
" To collect and record customer details on COINS within agreed timescales
" Contribute to the marketing of the site and suggest new ideas to generate interest and accurately record source of enquiry from each visitor
" Ensure a plentiful supply of all literature is available
" Effectively promote the relevant buying schemes to potential customers, such as Help to Buy, Part Exchange scheme
" Ensure that all information given to prospects/purchasers is in line with recommendations made within the consumer code and within the guidelines set by the business
" Liaise with purchasers Solicitors and Financial Advisors to ensure a swift exchange of contracts
" To manage customer expectations, by giving clear and accurate information, responding to enquiries and issues and reporting any issues to the sales manager for follow up
" Conduct market research and monthly competitors which is sent to Head Office for use by the Marketing Department
" To generate additional income for the business by means of selling extras from the specified list, subject to build stage
" To ensure that the service given by the sales/ site team at all times exceeds customer expectations, and that the customer journey is a positive and enjoyable experience.
Skills & Experience
The successful Sales Advisor must have previous experience within the new build housing development, ideally working on volume developments. You will have excellent communication skills, well presented and approachable. You must be willing to work at key selling times (weekends and bank holidays), have a full driving licence.
