Fantastic opportunity to join a brilliant team. Reporting to the Payroll Manager you will administer, monitor and report on the company's corporate expenses and purchasing card programme for Europe.

Provide optimal customer service support for the employee's corporate travel and corporate purchasing card queries and questions
Assist employees with reconciling, opening and terminating accounts as well as resolving fraud cases
Create and maintain cardholder profiles within the travel & Expense software, concur and bank records
Complete special projects and ad hoc duties as assigned
Reconciliation of posted transactions within SAP
Providing training to cardholders to use the card programmes efficiently.

Experience

Experience with Corporate Credit card programmes is desirable
Experience working in a Finance team
High levels of customer service, professionalism and confidentiality
Ability to work with employees at all levels within the business
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
