A high-profile opportunity for an ambitious 2:1 or 1st class graduate currently exists to undertake a Business Analyst role supporting the CEO`s office as part of a 2-year rotation programme. Succession planning necessitates a highly analytical strategic thinking individual to engage in the pivotal role. Key responsibilities include:

•Preparation of monthly management information & Board level KPIs for presentation to Chairman, CEO, COO & ExCom
•Financial & Operational analysis of global business performance
•Detailed modelling of key business metrics for senior client managers & stakeholders
•Development & improvement of global reporting, KPIs & analytical processes
•Adhoc strategic project and business analysis

As a 2:1 or 1st class graduate with a minimum of 300 UCAS points, you will demonstrate significant experience of dealing with complex data, financial analysis and supporting key decision makers. Outstanding interpersonal and advanced Excel skills are prerequisite, alongside proven experience of supporting and interacting with senior stakeholders & Board members. The group offers excellent training & development across both the UK and international business. Previous incumbents have come from a variety of backgrounds including Army Officers, Investment Banking, Strategy Analysts and Commercial Analysts.
