Your opportunity

There are 40,000 independent retailers in the UK and owners of food and drinks brands would like to be in as many of them as possible. Newtrade helps its customers to grow their sales and profits by enabling them to build profitable, long-term relationships with switched on retailers and wholesalers. We already work with many of the leading CPG brands in the UK, but there are others who have yet to hear how Newtrade can deliver a great return on investment for them and why working with Newtrade will improve their business performance. That’s where you come in.

You will work across Newtrade’s portfolio of leading print, digital and events brands. You will build rapport with senior level decision makers and influencers, uncovering their business needs, sharing how Newtrade can help to grow their sales and profits and setting up the opportunity for a face to face meeting with an account manager. As well as existing leads, you will generate your own leads, from relevant sources and industry events. And you will collaborate with the other members of the sales team to achieve its targets and to establish Newtrade as the clear market leader.

About you

You have at least 6 months of sales experience and are now looking for a new opportunity to showcase your ability to listen carefully to customers, to empathise with their challenges and to spot sales opportunities.
