A rapidly expanding business are seeking to hire a Payroll Manager for a very busy payroll function. Reporting into the senior HR management team the Payroll Manager will ensure that the monthly payroll for 3000+ employees using an in-house payroll solution.
On a day to day basis the Payroll Manager will be responsible for accurate reconciliation completion, BACS file submission, completing month end procedures, report generation, proactive review of processes / procedures and their implementation, liaison with the HR/payroll system provider, end to end pension administration and ongoing guidance and support of the HR and Payroll Administrators.
The company are seeking with in-depth payroll control experience who is very driven, enjoys change, who is open in style and likes working in a friendly team environment. You should also ideally have the ability to influence how services are delivered and be able to structure teams.
