The Company

An exciting opportunity has risen to work with an industry-leading performance marketing agency, across two main clients - one of the world’s leading beauty companies, but also one of the leading pharmaceutical companies in Europe within the paid search team - Could this be you?

The position is a great opportunity to build accounts from scratch, a fast paced environment with communication coming from senior stakeholders. The role will be both client facing and working closely with media planners internally.

The Role

Working on the UK paid search account and supported by the Account Director

  • Working with third-party tools, floodlight tags and tracking solutions
  • Understand consumer behaviour and how to utilise this to improve account performance.
  • Produce high quality and accurate work outputs
  • Set up new accounts and billing accurately
  • Able to work with data sets and spot trends
  • Analyse wider industry trends and how these apply and affect clients’ account performance
  • Identify performance areas that can be grown or need to be improved
  • Build relationships within own team, other departments and media owners
  • Meeting the needs of clients and managing expectations
  • Creative thinking- innovative and pro-active approach to role and problem solving

Your Profile

  • At least 2-2.5 years paid search experience
  • Client relationship building skills
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills
  • Competent mathematical ability
  • Creative & inquisitive mind
  • Team management & leadership skills
  • Client relationship building skills
  • High level presentation skills
  • Strong leadership skills
