Salary: £20,000 - £22,000

The Sales Development Exec Opportunity…

Our client specialise within the motor finance industry and are nationally established with a highly reputable name in the market.

Due to relocating into a newly renovated office, our client are seeking Sales Development Executives to join their expanding team and focus predominantly on getting to understand the market and growing your own portfolio of clients.

You will work closely with one of the field based Business Development Managers and work to generate new leads and potential business opportunities for them. This is not a harsh/cold sales role, it will not suit someone who enjoys working in an extremely targeted environment but will suit someone who doesn’t want to be micromanaged, wants to shape their own career and have the ability to be creative and bring new ideas to the table.

As well as contacting prospective clients, you will also be responsible for conducting online webinars with clients and giving them a demonstration of the software you offer which breaks up your days and weeks quite nicely!!

You will need to possess strong communication skills and be confident in developing relationships by adapting your approach to each client and asking probing questions which will develop your understanding of the company and the services that you could offer them whether that be present or future.

They will offer you an industry competitive basic salary of £20,000 - £22,000 per annum DOE as well as an appealing annual performance bonus! On top of this you will work within a supportive, friendly and outgoing team who all pull together to support the growth of the company. Hours of work will be 08:30am - 17:00pm Mon-Fri.
