Sheridan Maine is recruiting for a Accounts Assistant for a leading business based in Nuneaton.  

The Role

As the Accounts Assistant you will primarily be responsible for the purchase ledger / Sales Ledger and credit control. administration for the company, managing invoices, resolving supplier inquiries, assisting sales ledger when required and more.  

Other duties and responsibilities 

- Initially embark on the roles as a Purchase Ledger clerk
- Process review the purchase ledger process
- Coding and scanning
- Dealing with invoices and credit notes
- Compiling and executing BACS Payments
- Dealing with supplier queries
- Reconciliation of supplier statements
