ROLE:                 GENERAL MANAGER- Boutique Country Hotel
LOCATION:        LONG PRESTON- NORTH YORKSHIRE
SALARY:             UP TO £32,000 - Dependant on experience

Recently renovated to extremely high standards, this luxurious property is ideally located for both leisure guests and events. As General Manager, your people skills will be excellent, as ‘host’ of this stunning country property, personality is key, warmth and humour are essential.

The Role.... GENERAL MANAGER- Boutique Country Hotel

Your focus will be delivering a high level customer experience and continually surpassing customers’ expectations. Your attention to detail, will be second to none, ensuring that service levels and organisation of the hotel remain at the highest standard. You will have a strong commercial acumen, able to deliver a profitable operation, whilst maintaining the high standards of the group. You will be passionate and able to work under pressure with experience of managing fast paced properties, able to support your team in delivering a first class operation. This is a rewarding role with the opportunity to progress through a growing hospitality group.

Experience Required...GENERAL MANAGER- Boutique Country Hotel
  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience as a Boutique Country Hotel, Hotel Manager or General Manager.
  • Commercial acumen.
  • An eye for detail.
  • Passion for very high customer service standards, with the ability to train and lead from the front.
  • Drive and enthusiasm to succeed in your work environment.
  • Passion for boutique, high interior standards and a natural flair for a creative and highly presented property.
  • Confident communicator on all levels.
  • Strong passion for quality food and drink.
  • The ability to take ownership of customer needs, business needs and your teams needs day to day.
  • A solid experience in managing weddings and events.
