Business Development Manager
Uniting Ambition have partnered with a high growth Foreign Exchange brokerage who after much continued success in supporting businesses manage their risk are looking to grow their sales team further in 2017. They have exerperienced 30% year on year organic growth since their founding and are now looking for two talented and experienced Business Development Managers to join them in their continued sucess.
Their unique industry leading offering has been fundamental in their growth and is supported by a strong business structure and entrepreneurial management. The ideal candidate will come from a financial services or FX sales background - the candidate will be looking to gain high levels of responsibility with the opportunity to contribute to the companies next stage of growth.
- Experience in selling financial services or a solution into businesses that export
- Ability to demonstrate strong sales skills with a excellent level of commercial awareness and a keen interest within business and the FX markets.
- Experience in prospecting and building strategic development plans
- Experience within building and maintaining a sales pipeline is crucial
- New business skills essential with a "hunter" mentality
- Account management skills - experience of ongoing relationship building with clients and the generation of referrals.
