Our long standing client is a sizeable, leading Wealth Management and Holistic Financial Planning firm, offering specialist solutions in Inheritance Tax, Investment and Pension Planning to their high net worth personal and corporate clients. They are located in Norwich.

To bolster their client offering, they require an additional IFA Group Scheme Sales Support Administrator to join the Group Risk/Corporate Administration team - this is a fantastic opportunity with great career prospects.

The job involves all aspects of a first class administrative support service to the team of IFA’s and senior Paraplanners - you will be working within a small team of administrators and preference will be given to those candidates with previous direct relevant experience and to those who are studying for /have completed their financial planning qualifications.

You will be dealing with the set up and on-going administration of Corporate Schemes to include some SSAS and SIPP cases and auto enrollment.

The main objective of this role will be to support the advisers in the pre and post servicing of prospects and clients to maximise business opportunities and provide customer service at the highest level. This will involve diary management, producing illustrations and research as appropriate, processing new business applications, post sales servicing including compliance and updating of the in house computerised client management system.

You must be comfortable with up to date technology, understand auto enrollment and the ideal candidate will have experience of working in an IFA/financial planning practice, a broad product and systems knowledge including Advisor Office and Group Schemes.

There will be client contact, predominantly via the telephone so would suit a confident well-spoken individual. The role is varied and requires a person who is able to work on their own initiative and as part of a team, and thrives on multi-tasking but also be part of a growing team.
